Examples: Company Sales Meetings, Industrials, Conventions, performances at corporate events

Fund Raising/Community:
Examples: School carnival/festivals/charity golf tournaments, community event

Charitable:
Examples: Hospital visits, homelss shelter visites, school celebrity read-a-book, make-a-wish, toys for tots
Must have a 501(c)(3) designation.

Appearance Rates: Rates differ depending upon your type of event - Please see descriptions below. If you are unsure into which category your event falls, please e-mail Ahviannah@gmail.com.

 

0. Charitable Fee: $25 per hour/per Model (two Model minimum) (Incurred Parking Fees and Mileage will apply) . Events which may include, but are not limited to, actual appearances at charitable or non-profit organizations. The Get Up Radio Model must be performing or assisting with a service directly related to the charitable or non-profit organization's mission. Examples: hospital visits, homeless shelter visits, school celebrity read-a-book events, make-a-wish fulfillments, toys for tots. Must have a 501(c)(3) designation.
0. Fund Raising/Community Fee: $30 per hour/per Model (two Model minimum) (Incurred Parking Fees and Mileage will apply). Events which may include, but are not limited to request from non-profit or government organizations attempting to raise funds.
   Examples: school carnival/festivals, charity golf tournaments, community events run by a government entity or municipality.
0. Paid Events: (Events for companies, corporations, businesses). Examples: company sales meetings, performances at corporate events, conventions, busniness appearances, grand-openings Standard Get Up Radio Model appearances include 2 hours of event appearance time, up to 2 hours round trip travel time and autograph cards. Get Up Radio Model Appearance Request Forms must be received at least two weeks prior to the event. The total fee for the appearance must be paid in full and received at our office prior to the event.
   Appearance Fee $150 per Get Up Radio Model
0. Each Additional hour $50 per Get Up Radio Model
0. Full Day Appearance $500 per Get Up Radio Models(not to exceed 8 hours)
   Additional Travel Time $35 per hour
   (after 2 hour standard round trip)
   Incurred Parking Fees Reimbursement is required
   Mileage .485 Any appearance outside a 60-mile
   radius of downtown New Orleans

Appearance Guidelines

• Get Up Radio Models do not attend private parties. Only corporate/business/ charity establishment functions are considered.
• Get Up Radio Models may not serve food or beverages or be stationed behind a bar.
• Get Up Radio Models may not sell raffle tickets or other items.
• You can have Get Up Radio Models register guests, place name tags, present awards, perform dance routines, pose for photos, sign autographs or simply mingle with the attendees.
• Accurate directions, location phone number and contact name must be provided in writing at least two weeks prior to the event. Errors are common with internet directions, please ensure the accuracy to the directions submitted.
• Standard appearance attire consists of a Get Up Radio outfit or business suit. However, if the event is outdoors, the ladies will dress according to weather conditions.
• Get Up Radio Models will arrive wearing their warm-up attire and change at the event. They will bring outfits, autograph cards and markers for autograph signing.
• Get Up Radio Models must be provided a secure area to change and store their belongings.
• For a full day appearance, each Get Up Radio Model should receive a thirty-minute meal break and two fifteen-minute rest periods.
• You may want to consider using a Polaroid camera to take photos of your guests with the Get Up Radio Models. You may sell these pictures for up to $5.00 to help offset the cost of the promotion.
• Get Up Radio Models must be escorted to their cars following the event.
• Due to safety concerns, all appearances are made on a weather-permitting basis.
• Get Up Radio Models may not accept payment at the time of the event. All fees must be paid in full prior to the event

Autograph Signing Guidelines:

• Table and chairs are required for the Get Up Radio Models autograph signing. Please ensure that the number of chairs matches the number of Get Up Radio Models scheduled for the appearance.
• A skirted or covered table is a nice addition to your event.
• The appearance contact person or representative should remain at the autograph table throughout the session.
• Get Up Radio Models will provide markers for autographing.

Dance & Acting  Performance Guidelines:

• A minimum of two Get Up Radio Models must be hired for a dance or acting  performance.
• Dimensions of the Acting or dance space as well as the dance floor surface should be indicated at the time of the request.
• Standard Dance or Acting Performances are approximately 2 minutes in length. Specific performance requirements will be outlined at the time of the request.
• Get Up Radio Models will bring their own music. An adequate sound system that accommodates cassette tapes and suitable for the performance arena must be provided.
• Get Up Radio Models will not provide a spontaneous Acting or dance performance. All Acting & dance performances must be pre-arranged.

0. A Get Up Radio Appearance Conformation will be sent to you along with the total fee of the appearance.
0. Payment should be made by check payable to Wheels of Consulting and mailed to the attention of Get Up Radio at P. O. Box 1096, Grayson, GA 70470.
