JUST AS YOU ARE: OUR FIRST SIGNED MODEL
"Throughout my entire childhood, I was very much overweight. I was teased by all of my peers. My mother always told me that my life is that of the ugly duckling, and one day I would turn into a beautiful swan. I began doing pageants, but I was not thin enough. I placed in all of them, but couldn't quite beat those with the perfect bodies. I began modeling over this past summer, but I believe I am not getting jobs because I am a normal weight and they are looking for girls that are bone thin. I do believe, however, that no matter what your weight of insecurity, you can do or be anything if you just believe in yourself. I hope you can give me the chance to show the world that beauty is not about being perfect to others, it's about being yourself and being comfortable in your own skin."

With 24 years of marketing and entertainment experience JAYA consultants have been doing just that. JAYA has been getting greater promotion and will become the dream site that Jeanette Thompson hoped it to be. Now in March 2008 Get Up Radio has purchased JAYA Modeling to help fulfill it's dream of bring a new horizon in modeling. With the help of Ashley Brown, Chris Styles AKA DJ Vocalz, Alan J Cousin Jr and Big Moe Entertainment this will occur.
